Real Estate Settlement Processor
Vesta Settlements is seeking a Real Estate Settlement Processor possessing extreme attention to detail, the ability to handle and jump between multiple files and tasks throughout the day, polished communication skills, and attentive customer service. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparation of closing disclosures and/or settlement statements, balancing closing files, interaction with all stakeholders in a real estate transaction, answering client/customer questions, coordination with lenders and overall file responsibility. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and committed with a minimum of three years processing experience handling Virginia and Maryland real estate transactions. Knowledge of Qualia software is a plus.

Post-Closer
This key position in the company requires a strong work ethic and organization. Duties include recordation of documents (experience with E-recording is a plus), initiating wires, printing checks, tracking post-closing file progress, obtaining funding authorization, resolving escrow issues, confirming files are in balance, and client/customer interaction all within state mandated timeframes. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of three years post-closing experience and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast paced environment. Strong knowledge of title and loan documents and ability to communicate clearly with lenders are essential. Knowledge of Qualia is a plus.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Vesta Settlements is growing and looking to hire a full-time Business Development Associate to assist the Business Development team and to contribute to our sales efforts. This position is based in our office in Leesburg, VA.
The Business Development Associate is a key contributor working alongside the VP of Business Development to serve as a primary driver in our company’s growth by investing your time in these key areas: Sales and Client Relationship Management, Marketing & Brand Awareness and Administrative Support. The ideal candidate is able to wear many hats, transitioning easily between the key areas, and able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize duties. He or she must be able to work in a fast paced environment where responsiveness, attention to detail and outstanding customer service are core values.
General Duties:
Participate in industry association and client events with a goal of building brand awareness and establishing & maintaining relationships to generate business for the company
Client and Realtor education event and materials planning
Assist in planning and design of email marketing campaigns to generate new lead opportunities
Maintain & develop customer and prospect database utilizing our CRM
Promote brand awareness in new markets
Data entry
Manage administration and reporting for Realtor Continuing Education School
Respond to customer service inquiries
Networking (job does require some networking after regular business hours when attending trade shows, industry specific and client events)
